John Keats - 1795-1821
A thing of beauty is a joy for ever: Its loveliness increases; it will never Pass into nothingness; but still will keep A bower quiet for us, and a sleep Full of sweet dreams, and health, and quiet breathing …

Morning All.

Out on my community rounds early today, so thought I would just nip in before I go to say hope everyones day goes well.

It is my Wedding Anniversary today, will not tell you how many years, too many to mention, if I keep on going I could even reach a gold medal! Anyway, I will be celebrating this weekend, hoping that the weather will be glorious, as planning to have a family gathering in the garden with BBQ, son is travelling from London, love it when he comes, he spoils me rotten.

See you later today.

Happy Anniversary, Camilla, mine's in May and somehow we have notched up a staggering 17 years. How can I be that old. Where has it all gone. xx

PS - adding pictures:go to blogger dashboard, click new post, edit Html tab, and then you will see the "bold" "italics" "Spell check" thingys and there is a symbol of a picture. Click that and then you'll get the "browse" prompt to upload from your computer, or from a URL. These are for one off's.

BUT, if you want to have a permanent one running on all your blogs - go to "template", then click "add a page element" and then you'll get a box pop up with "things" you can add. Click the picture one and then follow prompts. Good luck!xx

Yes happy anniversery. Hubby and me have a system if wanting a bbq we never actually mention the word as that does tend to bring on the rain for us. Our lips will remain sealed on the subject all weekend I promise you so maybe you will get lucky. We had a great one easter weekend with the in-laws. Gorgeously thick tuna steaks yum!

Hi my friend over the border in sunny Norfolk - have a wonderful wedding anniversary - mines in May - GOH has many miles behind him on aggregate - I do tend to tease him - we have made 23 this year.

Woozle, what an absolute star you are. Thank you so much for responding to my blogs, along with good advice about how one goes about downloading a picture with my blog. Not very technical minded, but I am determined to have a go. I knew exactly how to download onto the other site we were on, on problem was then that some of my photo's that were stored on my computer, the pixels were too large, but Blossom was kind enough to show me the ropes, I just did not get round to doing it then. I apologise most profusely dear Woozle, "what am I like" - as they say in Norfolk, (dont have a norfolk accent by the way). I knew you were female,it was just a slip of the wrist, apology's once aain. While I am here dear Woozle, re the pics, if I do what you say, I wont lose my original blog page will I, ie., BLOOMIN CAMILLA? Oh god, think I am a bear with little brain at the moment, speaking of bears - Winnie-the-poo, absolutely adore her, still have all the books. It was the first soft toy I bought for my daughter all those 34 years ago. She still has her bear, and been in the wash several times, but still going strong.
Camilla.xx P.S. Love BOTH your names.

Jane - thank you for your kind words. I have stopped WEEPING, so glad to be among friends again. Previously I felt there was a large void, some sort of black hole, where would we be without dear westerwitch and lixtroll, I have said to them they are absolute STARS. I know there is a life outside of blogging, but we have built up a most wonderful circle of friends.

Hi Camilla,Thanks for your message
I've not read Queen Camilla yet, I was discussing it with mum the other day and she has just read it and will lend me her copy, So I'm looking forward to reading it soon!

Thanks for your nice comment. Just to let you know that I have made a little announcement blog, and I will start blogging soon (as you were kind enough to enquire)

Matron has just popped in to tell you not to worry, the chat room has gone down temporarily owing to an error on Google which is preventing us cleaning out the fosses to make room for new posts!

You can still blog away merrily here on your own page, and to leave comments on all the others.

Camilla - coming over here to chat - I do have lots of pink things - its stems from just having
men about I think. I know KittyB loves pink to and I will try and keep going on that theme.
I downloaded my blogs from CL to my flashdrive/memory stick but have reposted them here yet as I havent seen how to do it yet.
I wanted to see if they would, they did as I guess they wanted shot of me in particular - I am the mouse that roared. I had posted some shots of The Heiress and I didnt particularly want pervie people looking at all this, if the thing went very public to be honest.Just how I feel. It would be good advertising for those serious writers etc to keep their stuff there I feel. Other publications may go looking - you never know whos out there!!

Matron is visiting again with an IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

The chat-room is experiencing problems with overloading which we think is causing it to be marked as SPAM, which is in effect locking us all out :-

So in the mean time: each day please look out for the post called ANNOUNCE NEW BLOGS HERE and put your announcements in as comments on that post.

This will still leave space for one personal post per person which we can all comment on.

This is purely a temporary measure, we are keen to get the chatroom back to the weird and wonderful way it was going before - we are looking into various options at the moment (by the way, have you noticed that option is an anagram of potion) - WesterWitch! put down that cauldron!

A wedding anniversary is such a special day. Hope it is a very happy one for you. We are only just up the road from you in Walsingham ! We love to go to Bawdswell Garden Centre.

Just to say I have posted my book details on my blog- than you so much for your interest. I don't think it's in Jarrolds.

Hi CAMILLA!! Thank you for lovely comments. Drop me an email with your address and I'll pop a copy in the post - my pleasure! Janexx
you can email via my website www.smudging.com (not sure it's a good idea to put up an email address on a public domain)....otherwise, matron has it!jx

Jane - Darling girl,
Thank you so much, but please pop invoice inside, you are most kind.
Just imagine, I will have something to cherish belonging to our own wonderful JANE. I have a big smile on my face, thank you again.

Sorry to be a dumb-wit, Matron says we should post our own blogs on POST NEW BLOGS HERE, THERE SHOULD BE A SIGN UP TO TELL US THAT. I cannot see that sign yet. So if I want to post a blog until technical fault is sorted, should I post my blog on my original last post page? Thank you for your help.
Oh god, is there any hope for me!!

You know, Camilla, if we'd been dong this a year ago you could have given me your daughter's address and I would have been round like a shot to cheer her up, take her straight to Betty's and welcome her to Yorkshire. It's not so bad once you get used to it! Kitty xx

Hi Camilla,

Just checking in to see how you are , as you've not done another blog for a while, look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hello Muddie,
How very kind of you. No I have not blogged, firstly because I do not know how to because of these new rules, while site is being sorted out. Secondly, quite busy with family get-together at weekend.
Warm Wishes To You.
